In 2024, homeowner dues were increased to address inflation and to fund the repair, maintenance, or replacement of our aging shared assets. Specifically, most of these funds have been allocated to the upcoming painting project.
Through collaborations with a contracted landscaping company, a horticultural firm, and the City of Edmonton, TGHA has effectively maintained and enhanced our landscaped areas. Additionally, we have partnered with the City of Edmonton, Edmonton Police Services, and EPCOR to continue improving neighborhood safety.
On September 15th, TGHA hosted a successful community event at the gazebo, featuring live music, a food truck, complimentary desserts, and a wonderful opportunity for neighbors to connect. Refer to the AGM presentation for more information.
